Our personnel will purchase, receive, and issue supplies directly to plant personnel from the in-plant store room. in addition to managing maintenance supply inventories, our staff will maintain records using our proprietary software. Our systems will assure high availability of supplies, maximized inventory turns, and comprehensive maintenance records for tracking costs. You can expect to lower your operating costs when you turn these operations over to us. Back Machinery Repair: Vortech provides Onsite machinery repair services for a variety of machinery to offer our customers a one-stop shopping approach. If it is broke, call us and we will fix it. This will reduce repair costs by minimizing down time. Our professionals will evaluate the repairs needed, order the parts and perform the repairs in a timely manner. Our expertise and efficiency will save you time and money. Back Welding and Fabrication: If you have a need for in-plant welding and fabrication, we can staff this work with skilled employees and a manager to run these services on an as needed basis. Whether it’s onsite or at our own fabrication facility, we can get the job done at very competitive costs. All our welders are certified through our Weldteam company to ASME and AWS procedures. Back Machining: Most companies have a machine shop in house to produce or repair machinery parts on an emergency basis. This is an expensive insurance policy that can be drastically reduced when Vortech provides these in-plant services. Our service is 24-7 and is billable only when there is work to be done. There are no insurance costs, payroll, workers compensation, and other expenses associated with maintaining a workforce to handle these tasks. Our machinists are experienced tool makers, CNC machinists, repair mechanics, and trouble shooters who will perform this work at a fraction of the current costs our customers are spending to run their own shops.
